Do you feel your emotions are in the driver's seat?
Are you experiencing irrational emotions? Your mind says I shouldn’t feel this way but your gut says otherwise.
Are your moods riding a never ending rollercoaster?
Strong fear of abandonment rejection?
Difficulty maintaining healthy relationships?
Find yourself doing self harming behaviors (cutting, burning, sabotaging relationships, jobs or progress)
Impulsive and/or risky behaviors (shoplifting, gambling, unsafe sex, or substance abuse?
Struggling with “I’m not good enough”, “not lovable” or”not worthy”or other self loathing thoughts.
